Itinerary at a Glance :Bagdogra –Gangtok –Kalimpong –Darjeeling –Bagdogra - Delhi.

Day Day 01: Arrive Delhi

On arrival at Indira Gandhi International airport, meet & greet by our representative & transfer to Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
New Delhi: The capital and the third largest city of India is a fusion of the ancient and the modern era. Standing along the west End of Gangetic Plain, the capital city, Delhi, unwinds a picture, rich with cultural & architectural diversity, deep in history, monuments, museums, galleries, gardens and exotic shows. Comprising of two contrasting yet harmonious parts, the Old Delhi and New Delhi, this city is a travel hub of Northern India.
Delhi is a palimpsest, bearing the complexities, the contradictions, the beauty and the dynamism of a city where the past coexists with the present. Many dynasties ruled from here and the city is rich in the architecture of its monuments. Diverse cultural elements absorbed into the daily life of the city have enriched its character.

Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast, guided tour of historic city of Delhi. The city where one can experience the influence of the many rulers who ruled this region, a city built and destroyed and re-built over seven times. The guided tour takes to the monuments that depict the different eras. The tour includes the drive past to magnificent Red Fort, the Jama Masjid, Asia's largest mosque, Rajghat - the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi - the "Father of the Nation". Afternoon tour of New Delhi to include Humanyun Tomb, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Lotus Temple, Qutab Minar, India Gate, President'' House and drive through Connaught Place. In evening you may go for the Light & Sound show at Red Fort (optional). Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Delhi - Bagdogra Airport - Gangtok
In time transfer to airport to connect flight for Bagdogra. On arrival Bagdogra Airport, meet our representative who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (130 Kms / 4 Hrs.). Arrive Gangtok & check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Abundant in natural beauty, Gangtok seems to have all the shades in green peeping through every leaf and forest. The tea gardens and the snow capped mountains add to the beauty. Gangtok is famous for its exotic and colorful flowers particularly Rhododendron, Orchids and Blue Poppies. Gangtok has a very spectacular setting and offers excellent views of the entire Kanchandzonga range from various points in its vicinity. The third largest mountain of the world, the Kanchandzonga, is considered as the guarding deity by the people of Sikkim and Gangtok.

Day 04: Gangtok
Morning excursion to Tsomgo Lake - situated at a height of 3,780 mts. with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Return Back to Gangtok. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05: Gangtok - Kalimpong
Today morning proceed for the half day sightseeing covering Rumtek Monastery, Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom & Enchey Monastery. Afternoon drive to Kalimpong (85 Kms /3Hrs). Check in & overnight at Hotel.

Day 06: Kalimpong - Darjeeling
After breakfast visit Dello hills, Dr. Graham's Home, Flower Nurseries, Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang and Durbin Dara Hills. Later Transfer to Darjeeling (70 kms / 04 hrs).Overnight at Hotel.

Day 07: Darjeeling
Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (at around 4 am) to view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. Afternoon go for a half-day sightseeing of Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08 : Darjeeling - Bagdogra Airport - Delhi
In time transfer to Bagdogra Airport to connect flight for Delhi. Arrive Delhi and transfer to Hotel. Overnight at hotel.
